International Shipping 

We offer FREE international delivery on orders over £25. For orders under £25, the shipping cost depends on the country of the final destination. All orders are fully tracked and shipped by Landmark Global.

Please note the stated delivery times are an estimation, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. You will receive a notification with a tracking code once your order has been shipped.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the UK may attract customs duties and taxes specific to the country of final destination. We are not responsible for paying for these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the exact cost could/will be. This is because customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct, including the door number, street name, and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order. A collection from the wrong address stated on the order has to be arranged by the customer as we are no longer in possession of the parcel.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Konnekt™ is unfortunately not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost. Once your package is with the respected courier It is out of our hands. If the tracking information that they provide states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it then you will need to get in touch with the respective courier for more information.
